OctaAnalysis platform expands CEDIS's portfolio of digital innovation

CEDIS presents OctaAnalysis, a digital platform developed to support the analysis, management, and continuous improvement of gamified learning and collaborative experiences. Inspired by the Octalysis framework, the system is available at https://octaanalysis.cedis.tec.br/.

The platform brings together resources for organizing classes, enrollments, teams, projects, questionnaires, meetings, and communication flows in a single environment. It also offers radar-based evaluations, progress snapshots, lifecycle tracking, dashboards, and administrative modules that help educators, researchers, and managers interpret engagement, participation, and performance more systematically.

By combining software engineering, analytics, and gamification principles, OctaAnalysis was conceived not only as a management tool, but also as an environment for experimentation, learning experience design, and applied research. At CEDIS, the project includes Prof. Sergio Freitas , the project coordinator, and Prof. Cristiane Ramos .
