CEDIS presents Deck Manager, a platform for publishing interactive HTML presentations, controlling when and for whom they accept responses, and tracking classroom engagement in real time — with no tracking cookies and compliance with Brazil’s LGPD.

The system is made up of two services: the admin panel, available at deck.cedis.tec.br, where instructors publish decks, define activity policies, and monitor analytics dashboards; and the public presentation showcase, at slides.cedis.tec.br, where students access decks, respond to activities, and follow live summaries.

Among the platform’s features are four activity control policies — from an always-open presentation to recurring per-semester scheduling, live sessions, and presenter codes — and a privacy-by-design learning analytics module: anonymous hashing with daily rotation, IP truncation, User-Agent classification without retaining the original string, and k-anonymity suppression in aggregated reports, dispensing with consent banners.

The project also includes a presentation-generation skill compatible with AI assistants, enabling the creation of HTML decks with CEDIS visual identity, interactive activities, QR codes, and live summaries, ready for direct publication on the panel.

Developed and maintained by CEDIS/UnB under the MIT license, Deck Manager now also joins CEDIS’s showcase of digital products and can be explored further on the CEDIS Deck Manager page .
