Product Description

SUPER-R is a set of gamified educational artifacts developed by CEDIS/UnB for the Software Requirements course of the Software Engineering program at the University of Brasília. Coordinated by Prof. George Marsicano Corrêa , the product bundles a narrative, missions, a badge system, support materials, and templates to run a student-centered learning experience.

Unlike the project page , which describes the research front and methodological evolution, this page focuses on the artifacts delivered for classroom use: guides, peer-review instruments, motivation indicators, and the semester mission structure.

What the Product Offers

  • Mission and operation structure aligned with the course curriculum;
  • Themed narrative that anchors the experience and organizes the semester tracks;
  • Peer-review instruments and motivation indicators;
  • Badges and rewards grounded in the eight Core Drives of the Octalysis model;
  • Templates, support materials, and visual artifacts reusable across other courses.

Classroom Use

The product supports a real teaching experience:

  • plan the student’s journey across the semester with missions and challenges;
  • engage through narrative, collaboration, and symbolic rewards;
  • assess with peer-review instruments and continuous motivation indicators; and
  • replicate the strategy in other courses via the shared templates.
